TOPIK II Korean Course

The Korean Language Upper-Intermediate1 class is the 1st class in the high-level Korean course and represents the final stage of the typical Korean learning phases. It is the level at which you can engage in everyday conversations. You can read, write, listen to, and speak Korean in most cases.

Course Duration

• 12 weeks of 1.5 hours lesson
• Once a week
• Online @ Live ZOOM

You will learn

1. How to express delivering information using 'A/V 다고 하다' or 'A/V 다고 들었다'
2. How to express one's intention using 'V 아야/어야 겠다'
3. How to explain habits.
4. How to complain and justify.
5. Expression using 'V~자 마자', which corresponds to 'as soon as'
6. Expression using 'V (으)라고 하다
7. How to express reason using 'V~느라고'
8. Talking about the weather.
9. Expression using 'A/V~ㄹ 텐데'
10. Expression using 'A/V/N 냐고 하다/묻다'

Units

• 1과 신입생 환영회를 한다고 해요. (They say there will be a welcome party for new students.)
• 2과 방을 바꿔 달라고 해 봐. (Ask to have your room changed.)
• 3과 비가 이렇게 많이 올 줄 몰랐어요. (I didn't know that it would rain this much.)

Requirement for Korean Language Uppe-Intermediate1 Class

Should you have not completed the Intermediate6 at our centre, you have to verify your suitability for the Upper-Intermediate1 course by taking the Intermeditate6 Level Test
The result of the Intermediate6 Level Test will be assessed by the teacher to determine the suitability of the test-taker to attend the Upper-Intermediate1 Course

Fees

• Course Fee: $330 (exclusive of any materials)
• Registration: $20, if it is your first time at our centre.
• Total Sum: $350, if it is your first time at our centre.
• Textbook: You must prepare the textbook yourself. If you purchase it from our centre, it is available for $40/book, only if it is in stock.
